Effective Date: 15 May 2026. Welcome to Rerpess Studio. By accessing our development tools, analytics dashboards, or accessing the Anniversary Hub, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Rerpess Studio ("Company").

1. Usage Rights & Access

Rerpess Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use our proprietary development tools and analytics platforms for legitimate business purposes.

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from any Rerpess Studio software or services. All visual assets, generated code, and analytical outputs remain the intellectual property of Rerpess Studio unless explicitly stated in a separate written agreement.

Premium Access Note

Any promotional offers, including the 15-year celebration premium tier upgrades, are subject to verification. Accounts must remain in good standing with verified email addresses to maintain access to upgraded features.

2. Service Modifications

prior notice. This includes changes to API endpoints, dashboard layouts, and data retention policies. In the event of a material change affecting paid features, we will provide thirty (30) days notice via email and in-app notifications.

Rerpess Studio is not liable for any temporary unavailability due to scheduled maintenance or unexpected technical issues. Our standard maintenance window occurs between 02:00 - 04:00 GMT on Tuesdays, though emergency patches may occur at any time.

3. Payment & Refunds

All payments are processed securely through our designated payment partners. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis depending on your selected plan. Prices are quoted in Euros (€) and exclude applicable VAT or taxes required by Irish law.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Standard subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, but no pro-rated refunds will be issued for the remaining billing period. Enterprise contracts follow separate termination clauses outlined in the master service agreement.

Chargeback Policy: Users who initiate chargebacks without first contacting support will have their accounts immediately suspended and may be liable for additional administrative fees.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Irish law, Rerpess Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.

Our total aggregate liability for any claims under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Rerpess Studio in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory and even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Limerick, Ireland.

If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing the Rerpess Studio platform, or using any of our development tools and analytics services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our accompanying Privacy Policy.
